JH Mohave garlic pepper and Angelo' s rub. Two chunks of Apple Wood. Raised and direct at 400. Simple but Wow..... It was good

@chubbs I figured if I did it at high temp. (400) the smoke wouldn't be over powering.... Damn I was Right...PROUD MEMBER OF THE WHO DAT NATION!!!!! Stuck in Dallas.......

Looks great! The JH Mojave Garlic Pepper is aces in my book. I like apple wood smoke with chicken too; this one is batting 1000 in my book.
