We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! First time ribs

Did a couple racks a baby backs today - have never cooked ribs before, always been a butt man... Did one rack with Dizzy Dust, one with Swamp Venom. Swampers were the more popular and I enjoyed the spice a lot. Threw a bunch of pineapple slices on with Pineapple head and they csme out nice but could have used another 10 minutes or so to get a bit more char... Ribs were wicked easy - got her dialed in at two-fitty, put 'em on and enjoyed a few scotches and a few cigars...five short hours later, voila. Had some neighbors drop by unexpectedly, but, Q is for sharin', right?
