I posted this in the main forum also but it is too good to not share.  This is a nice pineapple habenaro sauce from Austin, TX!  I think they have won some awards.  I cooked a pork tenderloin on the egg with this stuff.  WOW!

    No pics but I get them at HEB.  Slow cook about 210-220 and put some sauces on half way then right at the end.  Usually 2 hours and it is falling apart.  So good with a wedge salad as well.
