Found a nice ribeye roast at Costco and sliced into three steaks

    Ribeye and potato/veggies look incredible!  Awesome execution!  In regards to buying a ribeye roast, then splitting it up...is that cheaper?
    Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

    cazzy,At Costco probably not much cheaper than buying the precut.  I like buying the roast cause I can define the size of the cut.

    Karen is the same for me. Hence that's where some nice crusty bread comes into play to mop up that liquid gold.
