Recent Cooks - Nothin' special, just wanted to share some pics...

Wanted to post some pics from a few recent cooks. I really enjoy seeing other folks meals on this forum, so I wanted to contribute a few pics.
Pizza from last Friday night. Toppings were hamburger meat, green pepper, onion and mushrooms.

Spatchcock Chicken from last Sunday night with grilled veggies and grilled okra. Cooked raised, direct for 1 hour at 400. Veggies brushed with EVOO, then salt & pepper...grilled raised, direct while the bird rested.

Then, tonight was pulled pork sammies with a jalapeno coleslaw. 8.5lb butt, rubbed with coarse grind dizzy dust, cooked at 300 for 9 hours with hickory chunks, pulled at 203 IT. Here is the recipe for the slaw...it was AWESOME, but very spicy. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/jalapeno-lime-slaw-50400000113752/
