    The majority of the material was cut away using Bosch diamond blades from Menards attached to my old circular saw and 4" grinder. To polish the edge I purchased a flex pad backer and diamond "hook & loop" pads. I polished in three steps... 80 grit, then 600 grit finishing with 1500. Total time to cut & polish the circle took about 5 hours, but this was my first time and I went real slow.
