Did you brine it??  I recently brined some boneless pork chops and they were special --  i'm itchin to try brining a pork loin and see the results??

Just a very generous handful ( I have pretty big mitts, my daughter calls me "banana fingers)... Sprinkled them on the new lump after it got up to temp...
