We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! It's all green to me!

Too much snow between the houses to drag her to the back so it is a tailgate party out front today.  A large green egg in front of a large green truck 'neath a large green tree. Grilled lamb sausages, chicken and shrimp direct at 300 until half done.  Mixed with rice and fixings, baked in a dutch oven (two batches) for a big ol' mess of jambalaya.  Living with the Italian lady of the house, who sees no sense in single serving cooks.  Enough leftovers for seven more meals. Oh me oh my oh!  Having big fun nowhere near the bayou!
