    I've been using a set of henckels classics for about 15 years now. Send them out for a pro sharpening every other year. Can't convince myself to buy another set as I would rather spend the cash on some eggcessories.
    I knew all the rules, but the rules did not know me.

    I really like the look of the shun premier but I went to buy a 8" chef when sur la table had it on sale for $119 and the blade felt flimsy even compared to the shun bob Kramer chef I have.
