1st attempt at cold smoked cheese
Smoked about 6.5 hours with my ProQ cold smoker, did some sharp and medium cheddar and some Hot Jalapeño, can't wait to try in 2 weeks.

Anyone try the ProQ and the AMS? Curious which performs better. I have AMS with pellets. I think the dust works better. Just my enough smoke. Going to cold smoke cheese this weekend I think.
