Tomorrow I will be using the AR for the first time for a multi tiered cook. Can anyone post a picture of the proper set up to cook two large racks of pork ribs? I can try to squeeze them on one single grilling plane as I have done before, but I prefer not to.
Keep in mind I do not have a rib rack...only the Customer Combo AR, a cast iron grate, the raised tier made by the BGE, and the original grate that came with the egg. Thanks in advance!
