For those who asked and are still interested, I have posted the recipes for the Crab Imperial, Chili Shrimp and Peach Cobbler from the Eggfest Saturday. Look under "Seafood" and "Baking". Enjoy!

    thanks paulette .. . it was great spending time with you and your friends/family? the other day. .. and your food was unbelievable. .. especially the crab imperial! .. .sunday night i made up your peach cobbler (i didn't have the exact recipe, but did it based on what you told me), and except that i put it in the egg right after grilling a mess of chicken thighs and it got a little too much smoke absorbtion, it was a big hit and i'll be doing that one again. .. .[p]
