We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Hot wings

Made some hot wings Friday night and they were outstanding. You know they're good when the wife puts one down and goes "These are sooooo good"

Easy recipe, nothing special to it: indirect, 400, 1 hour, sprinkled with dp swamp dust before cook (kept uncovered in fridge for 4 hours).turned over 30 mins in.

Sauce: 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of frank's red hot, 2 tsp cayenne pepper. bring to a boil, then take off burner and dump in big bowl

Take wings off egg and put bowl with sauce. then serve. deelish.
