We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Thin flounder fillets

Any suggestions? Something simple preferable. I have a few thawed and ready to go. Wrapped in bacon? Wrapped in foil? I don't have bay leaves or prosciutto at house. Setup for indirect with plate setter bc doing some dicedpotatoes in stone but can remove for direct easily. Thanks.
