Christmas De-clutter is in full swing so
something easy. Turned out great and would do over with modifications. Halved the recipe in the BGE Cookbook. Garlic roasted in a terra cotta baking dish, 400 direct. Assembled and baked in a ceramic baking dish indirect 400 until Frittata-ish.
