Bread on the small

It seemed like a good day to bake bread.
This is a really easy recipe.  I just snuck a piece and it is really tasty.  The set up started with the small stone on the woo rails, the grate, and air space then the pizza screen.  After 20 minutes I had to ditch the set up because the bread was almost touching the dome.  I left the small stone on the woo rails, then added the mini's woo pizza screen and bread.  Took about 45 minutes at 375 to reach 200+.  May become a weekly cook.
