Brisket in the snow

Snow started overnight, and the brisket went on first thing this morning. Egg holding steady despite the snow. Amazing that the snow on the side shelves isn't melting even after 3 hours.

That's weird. I would have figured the radiant heat from the Egg would have melted the snow on the shelves.
