Nothing too exciting- brined for 3 hours and then grilled indirect at 350 and added some cherry smoking chips. I used DP red eye express which I really liked. But it was raining so I didn't break out cyberQ or maverick and as a result I over cooked by about 10 degrees when I checked with thermapen. Was still decent but not as good as it should have been. Oh we'll cant all be perfect and the scotch made up for it. Then again maybe why it got burnt
