Spatchcocked T-Day Turkey
This was the only pic I got of my cooks. I boiled red potatoes and parsnips for about 15 minutes then threw them in the drip pan under the turkey with some onions, garlic, mushrooms, and chicken broth. I strained the drippings and made gravy and then threw the veggies into my mixer and made mashed potatoes. The smoked mashed potatoes came out awesome. The pic was taken with my new Nokia Lumia 920 I was pretty impressed with the pic quality from a phone and at night.
