WOULD LIKE SOME HELP ON HOW TO COOK A WHOLE GOOSE. AT WHAT TEMP,HOW MUCH DO I CLOSE THE DAMPER AT THE BOTTON AND HOW MUCH DO YOU OPEN THE TOP RING? AS YOU CAN SEE I AM NEW WITH THE EGG BUT LOVE IT JUST A LITTLE AFRAID.
