We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. I'm thankful for my fairly new lgbe. It's a great hobby, learning experience, challenge and fun. My knowledge and skill of cooking has increased exponentially largely due to y'all. This forum is a great place to hang out and meet great chefs. Hope to hit Salado this year and meet some folks in person. Have a great Turkey Day.
