    The JH Pecan is really good on wings and pork chops.  Haven't had the others.

    im a big john henry fan, maybe because that is all they have here, apple chipotle on pork butt is my favorite.

    I use Pecan and Hot Pecan on chicken. I also like his lemon pepper with garlic and the Caribbean sun rub.
