Anyone ever done a turkey with both? Is it overkill?

    I don't use them at all and Turkey is just fine. In a 90 min cook of a 11/12 lb turkey spatchcocked I find they are just not needed.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
