NFL Black Out Cook

So what do you do when the NFL blacks out to local broadcast of your team....you fire up the egg (I am not going to talk about my laptop with a streaming connection to an offshore site and an HDMI cable attached to the outdoor TV)! Today was a all day smorgasbord. We started with seared ahi (put in fridge to enjoy last). We then did a batch of smokey-spicy wings. Then we decided to do a batch of fried panko shrimp- sorry for the non-purest perspective but they were perfect for a mid-game meal. Then I did a small roaster for after the game. Wow-great day in the yard with the egg! Life is good and that goodness for a fast internet connection.

I had the next thing to a blackout.  The early games, I only had the Lions.  I'm in Michigan and I root for the Lions, but when they play like crap, I would rather get stuff done around the house.  I cleaned my gutters.  Wilma handled supper because I'm usually not in good humor after cleaning those nasty gutters.  Today was no exception.

What's a blackout?  JK...  I do not believe an NFL blackout has ever occurred in Wisconsin.
