Long day today, after a 350 miles trip i needed something nice to eat, so I went shopping.
Among other things I bought some wings that i marinated in teriyaki and mustard mix for a couple of hours.
300 direct for an hour and they came out great. Wife loved them, son too!
Since I bought the EGG it is impossible for me to order in from a local grill house. Egg is fantastic way to spoil yourself and others with great tasting food.
