Pork Butts after 16 hours using Mesquite charcoal and Apple chunks and chips Cook at 215 degrees for 13 hours then 275 degrees for the final 3 hours Temp controlled by Stoker http://i711.photobucket.com/albums/ww116/JohnPatterson/06a47bc787bacaf1261e8f3f153db239.jpg
