Easy Saturday shoulder

Not my first cook, but first shoulder pic I'm posting. I tried Dizzy Pigs Red Eye Express to change things up a bit with a combo of alder and apple chips. I also cooked at 300 the first 2 hours then dropped to 260 or so for 8 more hours. It only got to 195 but I'm hungry soooo.....
