Ordered a Lodge 14" pizza pan.  I was concerned I'd have to cut off the handles but not so.  Fits the Adjustable rig one notch down and I can still close the lid.  The AR gets it high enough to work on and remove easily.

Brush on some melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt.

Did 5 of them pretty quickly and followed it up with a stir-fry on the wok.

I love new toys for the BGE.

 

My actuary says I'm dead.
