went to the butcher today got a 11.45 pound boston butt going on in about 45mins for the guys in work monday . Rubbed with spicy brown mustard and perk up your pork and dizzy dust rub, injected with a little evo with garlic and cider vinegar and apple juice . Temp 265/270 grid with apple and hickory chips and chunks through out the lump

14 hours later pulled at a internal temp of 203 off the egg placed to rest a bit then pulled and tossed in more rub waiting for tomorrow . since the egg was at temp and plenty of lump left i put a 7pound chuck roast on with cow lick rub that will also cook till its ready to be pulledLarge Big Green Egg , XL Big Green Egg .
