went to the butcher today got a 11.45 pound boston butt going on in about 45mins for the guys in work monday . Rubbed with spicy brown mustard and perk up your pork and dizzy dust rub, injected with a little evo with garlic and cider vinegar and apple juice . Temp 265/270 grid with apple and hickory chips and chunks through out the lump
