Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It’s almost Halloween and if you’re cooking on your EGG, you may end up with more people knocking on your door asking for pork chops than candy! In case you’re willing to share and want to please a crowd, we recommend warm Margherita Pizza, FGL’s Lemon Pepper Wings or our favorite, S’mores in a Cone!

For those of you that sort your lump. (As I think I might start doing this). What do you store your lump in after you sort it?

I have noticed a big benefit in storing the lump in the house vs in the garage when I buy it.

I have some five gallon buckets with seal able lids I was thinking of using but I might need something to absorb the extra moisture as I live in FL. were the humidity is very high (suggestions anyone if i go this way?). Any and all suggest Welcome. Pictures even better...
