Pork chops again. Weekdays we find ourselves sometimes constrained in variety.
Sprayed with EVOO and then Grillmasters Applewood rub. Done at 400 on a raised grid for 5 minutes a side until the internal was in the mid 130's.
Veggies were carrots, zucchini, pepper, onions, and broccoli. Sprayed with EVOO and sprinkled with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder (lazy tonight). Done direct and indirect at 350 - 400. Went on 40 minutes ahead of the meat, and was opened and tossed several times.
