Tried out some Lasagna for the first time on the egg. Cooked with platesetter legs down at 400 degrees for about 45 min. to an hour. Also thought I would throw in a picture of me and my buddy after winning our golf league championship last night. :-)

Very cool cook. Was it covered with foil the entire time?

Left it foiled the whole time. debated unconvering it for the last 20 min  or so, but decided not to.
  • Nice. I like the implementation of the foil ball feet to raise it. Might have try this one soon.
