First big cook on the eggs

Started with two 4 pd butts at 4:30 am yesterday. Followed with three spatch chickens. Then for good measure did a bar towel tenderloin. The were all terrific and all the guests were thouroughly impressed. Everyone was really amazed by the tenderloin.
