Two butts on the egg--apprx 15lbs total. Should be done sometime this evening. Question is--if these are for tomorrow afternoon, should I leave them whole and reheat/pull tomorrow, or pull them tonight and reheat tomorrow?
Thanks guys!

I would pull when they are finished (and each will finish on it's own terms). Mix the bark in with the rest of the pork and then vacuum seal (or ziploc) and reheat on Sunday. If you planned to add sauce ( I prefer it on the side) wait til ready to reheat-just an opinion and we all know what those are worth-enjoy.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

pull while still warm today and reheat tomorrow. It's hard to pull when cold.when reheating sprinkle with little rub and add a little sugary soda (coke or dr pepper) or bbq sauce. heat covered around 325ish.twww.ceramicgrillstore.com ACGP, Inc.
