Decided to attempt frying on my mini per Mickey's posts on frying. Had some Rockfish I caught on an ocean fishing trip a few weeks ago sometimes refered to as Rock Cod. Got the fire going and really never felt a bit unsafe with the oil and fire. It all worked out fine and fried much better than my little electric fryer I have been using for years. Homemade slaw and pico de gallo, good stuff.

Nice usage of your mini wok! I've only fried in my mini using a small CI dutch oven on the Mini Woo.

10 inch mini wok. I didn't have a thermometer though just left draft door wide open and played with it if I felt stuff cooked too fast.

That Mini Woo is so much damn fun ^:)^
