I think there is something wrong with my gasket

I did a clean burn after last weeks pork shoulder, knowing I'd be baking this weekend. Pizza last night, apple pies this afternoon. While cooking tonight's chicken, opened the lid and half of the top gasket was hanging free. Here is what's left. Going to try going commando for a while.

I checked my egg for the dollar bill test today. I bet it wouldn't pass a deck of cards test.
I did a butt last night and the thing was rock solid at 290 dome all night and I did a meatloaf tonight. 235 grid, no problem.
