Raised my grid with three firebricks. Seasoned a pair of pork tenderloins with salt, pepper, chili powder and Chinese 5 spice. Threw some maple chips in the fire and cooked direct at about 375 done for a total of only 17 minutes, flipping at the 10 minute mark. Pulled when internal temp hit 140 on one, 157 on the other (whoops). Still was very tender and juicy. Too easy!

Bok choy was just olive oil, S & P. With dome open, fire going strong, charred each side for 30 seconds, then set aside. Closed dome, brought temp down a little, then put the leaves back on to cook for another minute and a half. Like @doc_eggerton says, you gotta get your veggies in! This was an easy and delicious way to do just that.

Served the pork and bok choy on asian noodles with peanut sauce.
