Best APTs so far

It's been a long time since I've done any APTs, I did them indirect at 425° with a combination of goat cheese, capicola, and sun dried tomatoes.

I diced everything up and wrapped in a thin sliced center cut bacon.
 Best I've done so far.

The APTs went fast, tonight's dinner, Hangers, corn and slaw. The hangers where extremely tender.
