I have had my Egg for about a month now and I am very impressed with it's versatility. Of course I had read about it all prior to purchasing it but it really can do so much. To date I have baked in it, done souffles, pizza, belly bacon and canadian bacon, butts, ribs, brisket, chicken, burgers, steak, ABT's, homemade chipotles and everything has turned out great. For the most part the only thing limiting it is my imagination. It has been one of the best gifts that I have ever received!

Congrats-you have transitioned from the "club" to the "cult". Be careful with the Kool-Aid >-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
