Trying to think of ideas to egg for July 4th, so wanted to see what ideas the Egg heads are doing?

    I'm going to do pulled pork, and a Spatchcock. The will probably do some veggies too. Thinking of trying a balsamic vinegrette marinated eggplant for vegetarian burgers.
