Mmmm... just finished bottling this years batch of Lexington style 'dip'. I can already taste that BBQ I'm making for the 4th.

Okay-since I live in the Louisville, KY area I'll bite-are you referring to Lexington, KY and by "dip" I'm sure you are not referring to anything associated with chewing tobacco...recipe???Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.
