    Salado TX Egg Family: 2 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max (I'm good for now).

    Did you grill first and then roast or did you slow cook them and finish with a sear?  Either way they look great.

    No glaze, 350 direct fo about 10 min a side. Used a local dry rub(Mydingers)
