Chili on the Egg

Was for dinner tonight.  Added nice amount of hickory chunks to smoke the heck out of it. It was amazing.  My wife is a health nut and had two big bowls as well. My 5yo son made cupcakes on his own (with mommy supervision) as well). The smokiness added made good chili even better. Just amazing  :)

Thanks guys, it truly added to the chili. Everything is better on the Egg, except maybe Jello. :))

Is that an enamel coated CI pot? I don't think the Mrs would let me put one of hers in the egg.

Looks good !  Our forecast is over 100° for the next 3 days.  I think I'll wait until we get a cold front and it drops below 95°   B-)

I agree 100%. The added flavor from the smoke really puts it at another level. Love this Egg!

I just wrap bowls or pots with foil ... keeps the smoke off for easier cleanups....

Never eat anything passed through a window unless you're a seagull ... BGE Lg.
