Wokking Some Chicken Fried Rice

All these questions about woks got me in the mood. VI you around?

Was in the mood for some fried rice. Nice thing about fried rice you can use just about any veggie, meat or seafood in one.



I used my Tao, an oriental cooking utensil, but all this is easily done on BGE.

 I definitely want to make chicken fried rice soon, and your post is pushing me closer to trying it. Very nice rice.

Those look purdy, Richard.  But, I prefer my salads in a separate bowl.   )

For fried rice, I like shrimp. green onions, eggs, and oh yeah, rice.  Sometimes I'll put carrots and peas in it, but most of the times, no.

It looks good! I am itching to use my new wok, which I seasoned yesterday. Unfortunately I am still waiting on some gloves which are supposed to be on their way.
