Here is how I prepare Apple Smoked Ribs on my BGE. The use of Apple Wood Chips and Apple Juice can go a really long way when complimenting pork and BBQ sauce flavors. Just a disclaimer: These are fall-off-the-bone style ribs...and not competition ribs.
