Who has had success smoking a turkey on the egg.

Do you spatch or go upright?

Savory rub or sweet?

What kind of smoke?

    I am curious too. Having a big fathers day thing, doing a butt, @235 untill its 200 internally, 4 racks of ribs, and a turkey.....
