Our family does a lot of the "other white meat" due to health reasons, so finding creative ways to cook turkey has been a challenge at times. Creating homemade turkey burgers and grilling them on the Egg has been revolutionary! Super moist, great flavor and very easy to make!
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Sliced Cheese of your choice
Get Egg up to at least 450 for faster grilling
Mix all the ingredients together, pack into patties, and place on the Egg grill (cast iron grill even better!) Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. If you like your buns grilled, throw them on also (but watch closely...they burn quick!)
