Thermometer Calibration

I calibrated the “built in “BGE thermometer this morning, at the same time I thought that I would check the BGE wireless one that I have.

It’s the 2nd one I’ve had to date as the other one starting showing HHHH on the display

The food probe would not register any higher than 203F and sometimes as low as 194F.

Should I expect that this should show 212F when place in boiling water?
