Did one of my favorites again tonight.  Inadvertently marinated for 3 days in Dichickos garlic.  Done at 300 direct for 1.5 hours until internal was 140.  Flipped when internal was 100.

Put whole garlic in the veggies tonight, and that worked well.

The pork had a strangely similar taste and texture compared to pulled pork.

Going to try something I have been meaning to do.  Post the pic in an answer posting, so I can see them later on.
