Friday night is our regular pizza night.

Saturday was Tri Tip night

Sunday was ribs and Doog's beans

Monday was brisket that I put on at 10 pm Sunday night after the BGE cooled from the rib cook.  Unlike my new friend Cen-Tex Smoker, I was only "feeling good" when I put it on.
